1 ¾ cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup whole milk
½ cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water
1lb thick cut bacon

Chocolate Bacon Cupcake Grilling Instructions:
1.Begin by preheating your Louisiana Grill to 250°F. Once your grill is preheated, place bacon strips on the grates. Smoke for 1hr-1 ½ hrs. or until desired crispiness is achieved. Remove bacon and set to the side. Increase temperature to 350° F and preheat.
2. In a large bowl, thoroughly stir the cocoa, sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, mix the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Next slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry. Carefully add in the boiling water. Blend until combined. Put paper liners in the in cupcake tins. Place batter mixture into prepared cupcake tin. 3. Bake in your preheated 350° F Louisiana Grill for 20-25 minutes. Remove cupcakes and let rest on cooling rack. Once fully cooled, frost with your favorite flavor of icing. Garnish cupcake with a strip of bacon or bacon crumbles. We dare you not eat one!
