Required Responsibilities

• Current Montana Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to lift heavy items safely
• Enjoy working outdoors in all Montana weather elements.

• Identify problems and repair swim spas and hot tubs.
• Deliver and install new hot tubs, spas and parts.  
• Construction, plumbing and electrical experience helpful but not required.
• Professionally and courteously communicate with clients, vendors and other team members.  
• Excellent organization skills.  
• Possess a go-getter attitude and the ability to work alone.

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
• Perform work conscientiously and and efficiently.
• Educate clients on various chemical and spa products
• Inform clients of any accessories or chemical that needs to be replaced in the future and the respective costs.
• Create quotes, invoice clients, order products and schedule service appointments using various computer software programs.
• Communicate clearly with other team members on project status, schedule updates and any additional service needed for clients. ​
